Abstract
The purpose of this study (1) to describe the discipline of ADHD students in MI Al-Falah Gedongan, (2) to describe the stages of implementing reward and punishment, (3) to know the obstacles and solutions in reward and punishment to train the discipline of ADHD students. This type of research is qualitative with qualitative descriptive methods. Research design is a case study of data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data description presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity uses triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the study were (1) ADHD students at MI AL-Falah were still lacking discipline because students often forgot to do the assignments and were late for school. There was still noise in ADHD students in the classroom. (2) the implementation of reward and punishment was carried out through five stages. , namely the stage of arranging learning schedules, identifying ADHD students, planning, implementing, and evaluating. (3) the lack of variation in giving reward and punishment students feel bored, students who are afraid of punishment given by the teacher are too heavy and bored when the rewards are never changed while the solution to overcome obstacles is maintaining teacher communication with ADHD students, disciplining ADHD students routinely. The conclusion of the research results is that reward and punishment can train the discipline of ADHD students.
