Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of Rumah Makan Padang Embun Pagi. To analyze the effect of prices on consumer satisfaction of Padang Embun Pagi Restaurant. To analyze the influence of promotion on consumer satisfaction at Padang Embun Pagi Restaurant. To analyze the effect of location on consumer satisfaction at Padang Embun Pagi Restaurant. The population of this study is consumers of Padang Embun Pagi RM at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. In this study using a non-probability sampling approach with accidental sampling technique. Samples in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, so the first hypothesis states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction proven truth. There is a significant price effect on consumer satisfaction. So the second hypothesis which states that prices have an influence on customer satisfaction is proven to be true. There is a significant promotion effect on consumer satisfaction, so the third hypothesis which states that promotion has an influence on consumer satisfaction is proven to be true. There is a significant location influence on customer satisfaction. So the fourth hypothesis which states that promotion has an influence on consumer satisfaction is proven to be true. There is a joint influence on product quality, price, promotion and location on customer satisfaction.
