Abstract
The regional minimum wage is one of the important components of community life that is used as the fulfillment of the necessities of life for the workforce, in order to improve the standard of living. The improvement of people's standard of living can be seen from the economic growth, that is good economic growth there is the highest number of labor force based on education that is saved quite a lot. High wage determination causes an increase in prices on the market, resulting in inflation. This study analyzes how the impact of economic growth, inflation and per capita income on regional minimum wages. The method of analysis used in this research is to use regression analysis of fixed effect model (FEM). The type of data used is a combination of time series data (period 2012-2016) and cross section (35 districts / cities) sourced from Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Java Province. with the results of independent variables namely inflation and income per year 2012-2016 simultaneously affect the regional minimum wage in the district / city in the province of Central . While the partial variables of economic growth do not have a significant effect on regional minimum wages in districts / cities in Central Java province, while inflation and per capita income are significant to the regional minimum wages in districts / cities in Central Java province (INF = 0.0000; PC = 0.0000)
