Abstract

This study aims to determine the trust, commitment to loyalty in the business relationship of suppliers and retailers of SMEs in Karanganyar District. This research uses quantitative analytical methods that test the truth of the hypothesis that has been proposed. Population in this research is UMKM retailer in Karanganyar district, this research sample is 245 UMKM.. Sample selection using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Variable used by Trust, Commitment to Loyalty, population of this research UMKM in Karanganyar. The results of this study show (1) Trust positively affects Loyalty on the Supplier Business Relations and UMKM Retailers (2) Commitment has a significant effect on Loyalty on Supplier Business Relationship and UMKM Retailers. For future research it is necessary to add other independent variables, such as price, product quality.
