Abstract
This study aims to: 1) describe how to apply disciplinary attitudes of high class students, 2) identify the role of teachers in classroom management to improve the discipline of high class students, 3) describe obstacles and teacher solutions in applying the discipline of high class students in SD Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen. This research uses descriptive analytic qualitative research. The design of this study is a good example study. The primary data sources are principals, teachers and students, secondary data sources are documentation. The data collection technique utilizes observation, interview and documentation techniques. The validity of the data is using source, technique, and time triangulation. The data obtained were analyzed using Miles and Huberman models through data reduction steps. Data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the research conducted by the researchers conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1) how to apply the discipline attitude of high-class students is in accordance with the elements of discipline, 2) the role of the teacher in class management has an influence on the results of student discipline, 3) teacher barriers in applying the discipline attitude of high-class students is the personal self of students, close friends and how to care for parents. The solution is to ensure reinforcement, motivation and establish communication with parents of students to discuss the development of students
