Abstract
This study aims to find out the Power of Fighting single female parents who are left to die in order to fulfill their needs. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. explained that qualitative methods use descriptions, image data, analyze data and make conclusions. The method used to collect data and support the process of extracting information about how the fighting power carried out by single parent women is the interview method. The analysis was conducted through semi-structured interviews as data collection, then the data was processed into verbatim by including themes through the Nvivo1 software. The results of the study that affect the fighting power of single parent women include a) problems experienced by single parent women during the death of the husband, namely economic problems, childcare, loneliness, social environment, fear. b). Factors that influence fighting power are internal factors that arise from within themselves in the form of willingness and enthusiasm to rise and external factors that arise from their environment in the form of enthusiasm from the child. c). Fighting power carried out by single female parents in the form of working hard, getting closer to Allah SWT, improving image, more socializing, and owing to neighbors. The results also found that single parent women who work as laborers must have two jobs to fulfill their living needs, and limited education is an important influence in finding a job. This can increase the spirit of fighting power by single parent women. Keywords: single parent women's problems, fighting factors, fighting power
