Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze and test (1) teacher skills support in learning, completeness of learning facilities and discipline of learning towards student learning motivation, (2) teacher skills support in learning towards student learning motivation, (3) support learning facilities for student learning motivation and (4) learning discipline support for student learning motivation. The study was conducted in MTs. Negeri Bekonang. The population in this study were eighth grade students totaling 242 students. The sample in this study were 151 students. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicate that the variables of teacher skills in learning, completeness of learning facilities and discipline of learning together on student motivation in MTs. Negeri Bekonang which is indicated by the value of F calculated at 49.315 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The amount of the teacher's skill contribution in learning, completeness of learning facilities and the discipline of learning together on student learning motivation is 50.2%. The existence of teacher support skills in teaching towards student learning motivation in MTs. Negeri Bekonang as evidenced by the value of the β coefficient of 0.328 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the contribution of teacher skills in teaching towards student learning motivation is 23.9%. The existence of learning facilities support for students' learning motivation in MTs. Negeri Bekonang as evidenced by the value of the β coefficient of 0.269 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The amount of learning facilities contributed to student learning motivation was 12.2%. The existence of disciplinary support for students' learning motivation in MTs. Negeri Bekonang as evidenced by the value of the β coefficient of 0.265 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The amount of learning discipline contribution to student learning motivation is 14.2%.
