Abstract
This reasearch titled “ Analysis Of Factors That Influence Student Consumtion Patterns At University Of Muhammadiyah Surakarta”. The purpose of this reasearch is to analyze student consumtion patterns at University Of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and to analyze influence of parent income, cumulative acchievement index, student’s gender, and student residence status at university of muhammadiyahsurakarta. The sample used in this research is 100 respondent students who are still active. The data in this research uses primary data. The research uses multiple linier analysis with ordinary least square (OLS) method. The result of the analysis are : (1) the calculating of the normality test with the JarqueBera models has a normal distribution (2) the linierity test results with Ramsey Reset model show that the model is linier (3) the result of the classic assumption test indicate that there are no problems in multikolinierity, heteroskedastisyandotokorelasy (4) the t results can be seen that the parent income 2 variabel, and student residence status variabel has a positive and significant to student consumtion patterns while is cumulative achievement index, and student’s gender has no significant effect to student consumtion patterns (5) the F show the models used are exists (6) R² obtains a value of 0,4304 which means that 43,04% of the variabel variation student consumtion patterns is explained by influence of parent income, cumulative achievement index, student’s gender, and student residence status at University Of Muhammadiyah Surakarta.While is 56,96% the rest is extracted by other independent variabels that included in the models.
