Abstract
This research is entitled "Analysis of Tirtonadi Terminal Revitalization Impacts on Tirtonadi Terminal Kiosk Revenues". The aim is to analyze differences in the income of traders before and after the revitalization of the terminal and analyze the effect of initial capital, working hours, labor, experience, and kiosk location on the income of kiosk traders in the Tirtonadi terminal in Surakarta. The dependent variable is the income of the trader, while the independent variable includes initial capital, working hours, labor, experience, and kiosk location. The sample used in this study were 67 kiosk traders in Tirtonadi terminal. The data in this study uses primary data. This study uses Pairedsample T-test test method and multiple linear regression analysis with ordinary least square method. The results of the analysis are (1) The results of the calculation of the data normality test with the Jarque Bera model are normally distributed (2) Linearity test results with the Ramsey Reset model indicate that the model is linear; (3) The results of the 2 classical assumption test show that there is no problem of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation (4) The results of the t test can be seen that the variables of labor, experience and location of kiosks have a significant effect on the income of kiosk traders while the variables of initial capital and working hours have no significant effect on the income of traders (5) F test results indicate that the model used exists (6) R² obtained a value of 32.91% which means that 32.91% variation in kiosk merchant income can be explained by the variables of initial capital, working hours, labor, experience, and kiosk location. While the remaining 67.09% is explained by other independent variables included in the model.
