Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style on employee performance in CV. Garuda Solo Perkasa. Analyzing the effect of Compensation on employee performance in CV. Garuda Solo Perkasa. To find out how to model the style of leadership and compensation for employee performance in CV. Garuda Solo Perkasa. Population of this research is employee CV. Garuda Solo Perkasa and sample used in this research is 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study using t test analysis known Leadership Style variables have a significant influence on Employee Performance. Variable Compensation significant effect on Employee Performance. Result of F test of Leadership Style variable (X1), and Compensation (X2) influence simultaneously and simultaneously to Employee Performance. While the result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) obtained adjusted R square (R2) obtained for 0,627, mean variation of variable change of Employee Performance can be explained by variable Leadership Style (X1), and Compensation (X2) have positive effect to Employee Performance 62,8% . While the rest of 37.2% is explained by other variables outside the model.
