Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the participation of budget preparation to local government official’s performance and to examine the effect of organizational culture and job relevant information to the relation between participation of budget preparation and local government official’s performance. The population of this study is Badan & Dinas in Kabupaten Bantul. The sample collection method has been done by using purposive sampling. And the data collection technique has been done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study was 102 respondents. Validity test, reliability, simple regression and moderated regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the participation of budget preparation have influence to the local government official’s performance. Whereas organizational culture and job relevant information do not have any influence to the relation between participation of budget preparation and local government official’s performance in Kabupaten Bantul.
