Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional assets, PAD, balancing funds, and capital expenditure on the human development index of the regencies and cities of Central Java province in 2014-2016. Population and sample in this research is district and city of central java province. the sample in this study uses a sampling technique saturated with 3 years of observation, then the total sample studied was 105 samples. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that PAD affects the human development index. Regional assets, equity funds, and capital expenditures have no effect on the human development index.
