Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Flypaper Effect, Number of Poor Population, and Unemployment on Regional Expenditures of Districts / Cities in Central Java Province in 2010-2015". The aim is to examine empirically the effect of Flypaper Effect (FEF), Number of Poor Population (JPM), Unemployment (PNG) on Regional Expenditures, as well as Regional Original Income (PAD), and General Allocation Funds (DAU) which are used to determine the phenomenon of flypaper effect in 30 Regencies / Cities in Central Java. The method used in analyzing is the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) estimation method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables that have a significant influence are the variables of the Poor Population, Unemployment, Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds, and the Flypaper Effect from 30 Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province is Blora Regency.
