Abstract
Surakarta city is the largest contributor to HIV cases in several periods. In 2017 the largest contributor to HIV / AIDS in Surakarta was Banjarsari District with a total of 35 cases of HIV and as many as 128 people living with HIV. This type of analytic research is observational with cross sectional research design. The population of the study were family heads (KK) of 56,381 families. Samples were taken as many as 150 families using Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.021) and attitude (p = 0.029) about HIV / AIDS with community stigma against ODHA in Banjarsari Sub-District, Surakarta City.
