Abstract

BPJS is a program launched by the government for the distribution of health services and also to improve the quality of health services received by the community, but in reality, community satisfaction with BPJS services is still lacking. This study aims to analyze the legal protection of health insurance carried out by BPJS. The type of research used by the authors in this study is empirical legal research. This legal research is descriptive. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study the authors use qualitative analysis with interactive models. The results showed that complaints about complaints about health services that had been given were with a suggestion box, complaining directly to the doctor or nurse who handled it and the head of the medical service. Dispute resolution in health service disputes uses two lines, namely litigation and non litigation.
