Abstract
In achieving a company goal requires effective organizational communication. Because effective organizational communication is a process to get clear information in formal and informal organizations.Employees are an important part of a company or organization to achieve a common goal in accordance with the vision and mission of a company.To achieve its goals, XO SUKI Solo must consider things that can affect the performance of its employees. Among them are organizational communication within the scope of employees. The working environment and communication conditions greatly affect the performance of an employee at XO SUKI Solo. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance in XO SUKI Solo. This research uses quantitative research.In this study using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires (questionnaire).The population in this study were all employees in XO SUKI Solo. The number of questionnaires that can be processed in this study amounted to 32 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique where each element of the population does not have the same opportunity to be sampled. Based on testing using regression of organizational communication factors have a significant effect on employee performance in accordance with a significant value of 0.010. The level of influence of organizational communication on employee performance is 20.40%.
