Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) competence of human resources, 2) partnership relations, 3) availability of facilities and infrastructure, 4) products in support of teaching factory learning in Boutique Clothing Competencies in Susukan Muhammadiyah Vocational School, Semarang Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity through triangulation method. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis models. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence of human resources in supporting teaching factory learning on Boutique Clothing competencies in Susukan Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Semarang Regency there are at least 2 teachers who have these competencies. The number of Boutique Clothing teachers is actually 3, but only 2 people actually have 2 competencies. 2) Partnership relationship in supporting teaching factory learning in Boutique Clothing Competencies in Susukan Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Semarang Regency that the partnership between Muhammadiyah Vocational High School Susukan and DUDI has been established during 2005 until now contained in the MoU. There are 6 DUDI that have carried out an MoU with Susukan Muhammadiyah Vocational School. 3) Availability of facilities and infrastructure in supporting teaching factory learning in Boutique Clothing Competencies in Susukan Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Semarang District that Boutique Clothing education facilities consist of 2 practice rooms, 5 theoretical rooms and 1 display room, high speed 25 and 20 manual sewing machines, 1 obras and supported by fashion equipment. The condition of facilities and infrastructure is in good condition and can be used to support learning. 4) Products in support of teaching factory learning in Boutique Clothing Competencies in Susukan Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Semarang Regency that skilled students produce fashion products that can compete with other professional products with good quality and students are able to create and innovate.
