Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a climatic effect of organizational communication and upward communication on employee satisfaction LPP RRI Surakarta. The population in this research is all employees of LPP RRI Surakarta. Sampling technique using random sampling method. Data collection techniques used research questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of validity testing and reliability of all items statement validity and reliable questionnaire. Based on the classical assumption test results normally distributed data, there are no symptoms of multicolinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Based on the test individually or partially (t test) shows that climatic variables of communication organization and communication upwards affect the job satisfaction. Based on the test results together or simultaneous (F test) shows that the independent variables (climate communication organization and communication upwards affect the dependent variable (job satisfaction).
