Abstract
Ear Fungus Black is one type of fungus that have good prospects for development as meal ingredients. Nutrition black mushroom has a high nutritional content such ascarbohydrate (61.68%), protein (13.8%), fiber (3.5%), fat (1.41%), calories (414.61 mg), calcium (3.9%), iron (4.1%), phosphorus, vitamin B1 (318 mg), water (16.1%) and ash (3.6%). The nutritional content of black mushroom can be influenced by nutrition growing media such as hemicellulose, lignin, cellulose and other additional nutrients. Dried banana leaves and rice straw is organic waste that can be used as alternative media for productivity black mushroom.The purpose of this study to determine the productivity of black mushroom in mixed media composition of dried banana leaves and rice straw are different. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research method using a completely randomized design (CRD) of the factorial with media composition banana leaves and rice straw is K0 (100% dry banana leaves), K1 (80% of dry banana leaves + 20% of rice straw), K2 (60% of dry banana leaves + 40% of rice straw), K3 (40% dry banana leaf rice straw + 60%), K4 (20% dry banana leaf rice straw + 80%), K5 (100% of rice straw). The results showed that committing K2 (60% dry banana leaf rice straw + 40%) is a media mix that has a black mushroom growth of the fastest and highest productivity value compared to other treatments 5. Black mushroom growth at treatment K2 has long spread of mycelium 31 HSI, timing of the pin head 37 HIS. Productivity black mushroom in treatment K2 weighs 60 g fresh fruit weight.
