Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and employee job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Tbk, Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research that uses research data retrieval techniques through questionnaires with Likert scale. This study uses 100 respondents from employees of PT. Telkom Tbk, Surakarta. Tekmin sampling with the Probability Sampling method. Data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with t test shown that the variables of organizational justice, trust, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, through the F test shows that the independent variables together have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The last test with the determination test shows the R2 value of 0.239. This means that the variables of organizational justice, trust, and employee job satisfaction have a contribution to employee job satisfaction of 29.3% and the rest are explained by other variables outside the model.
