Abstract
An agreement is a legal act whereby two or more people are binding themselves to carry out a matter concerning property. In this definition there is clearly an agreement between the parties, to carry out a matter. The form and content of the agreement at the Mother and Mother Hospital of Surakarta Mother's Hospital, in the form of written form. The suitability of the hospital agreement is in accordance with the agreement in the law because it has fulfilled the elements of the agreement written in the law. The person who made the agreement at this hospital is mostly married people or adults who are over 21 years old, while people who come to the hospital are underage but their married status means they are said to be adults or old enough in making an agreement. Already published in Article 1330 of the Civil Code states that there are some people who are not capable of making agreements. a certain thing in the mother's and daughter's mother's hospital is correct with the Act because it has been said that the requirement that the achievement must be certain or can be determined, the point 2 is to determine the rights and obligations of both parties, if a dispute arises in the execution of the agreement . The engagement whose object does not meet Article 1333 of the Civil Code is null and void.
