Abstract
This study purpose to describes the implementation of learning with childfriendly concept in SD Muhammadiyah Program khusus Kottabarat, obstacles in the implementation of learning with child-friendly concept in SD Muhammadiyah Program khusus Kottabarat, dan the solution to overcome obstacles in the implementation of learning with child-friendly concept in SD Muhammadiyah Program khusus Kottabarat. This research was conducted in SD Muhammadiyah PK of Kottabarat from March to August 2018. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenology research design. The data was collected by interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, display data, and conclution drawing / verification. The results shows that: 1) Implementation of learning with child-friendly concept in SD Muhammadiyah Programkhusus of Kottabarat can be seen from its fun learning process and its various media, methods, and strategies. Using authentic assessment, the class its uses are comfortable, safe, and fits the students. Its also use a variety of learning resources and match the child's developmental level. the attitude of the teacher to the child that can make the child feel safe and comfortable. 2) Obstacles in the implementation of learning with the child-friendly concept such as human resources of tecaher, facilities and infrastructure that supports learning, selection of instructional media, and excessive student activeness. 3) the Solutions in overcoming the obstacles that arise is to communicate, tricking the facilities and infrastructure that were not in the school, to discuss with students and peers, and separating children who like to make a fuss.
