Abstract

Organization consists of organized individuals to achieve specific goals. To achieve, the goal of organization, organizational communication is needed among the member of the organization. Communication pattern will be formed Everytime each member of the organization communicate to one and another. Each organization has its own communication pattern depends on what kind of communication that occurs in the organization. No difference to PT. Sri rejeki Isman TBK or known as sritex also has its own communication pattern. This research discribes about the communication pattern of PT. Sri rejeki Isman TBK sritex between office employee and garment production employee. The purpose of this research is to know how the communication pattern of PT. Sri rejeki Isman TBK sritex between office employee and garment production employee. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained in this research was done through deep interview with the office employee and garment production employee of PT. Sri rejeki Isman TBK sritex. The informants chosed by purposive sampling technique. The data collected then analyzed by several steps such as data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The result of this research is the information stream of communication pattern that formed between office employee and garment production employee of PT. Sri rejeki Isman TBK sritex. The pattern of communication of the PT. Sri rejeki Isman TBK sritex office employee and garment production employee is categorized as Y communication and chain communication. Y communication pattern can be seen that given by production employee to the office employee through supervisor and then delivered to branch officer and central officer. In another hand, chain communication pattern can be seen through the information delivery during job announcement from the leader to the office employee and then to production employee via supervisor. But the pattern of communication garment division is tend to be categorized as chain communication.
