Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Corporate Governance (foreign ownership, domestic, public ownership) on the financial performance of the Company Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange and analyze the effect of Corporate Governance (foreign ownership, domestic ownership) on the company's financial performance moderated by growth assets of the Company Manufacturing Listed on the IDX. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking a sample of the 2013-2016 data period. Based on the results of the SPSS calculation, it shows that: (1) corporate governance variables have a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance. (2) Asset growth has a negative and significant impact on the value of the company in Agicultural companies and Good Industry consumers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (3) The growth of assets can moderate between foreign ownership of corporate value in Agicultural companies and Good Industry consumers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
