Abstract

Abstract Cervical cancer is a malignancy in the cervix or uterine cervix, and in Indonesia ranks second after breast cancer. The number of cervical cancer sufferers who do outpatient care at Obsgyn Poly in 2017 is 7034 and inpatients in Dr.Moewardi Hospital in 2017 are 2460 people. Risk factors that are thought to have a significant effect. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the age of first sexual intercourse, parity and obesity with patients with cervical cancer. This type of research is observational using a retrospective approach withdesign case control. Samples from this study were outpatients at Obsgyn Poly and inpatients in the Rose Room 3 of Dr. RSUD. Moewardi Surakarta. The number of samples is at least 202 people. Sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is the Chi Square test. Statistical test results showed that age <20 years first had sexual intercourse (p = 0,000; OR = 4,994; 95% CI = 2,511-9,930), parity ≥3 children (p = 0,001; OR = 2,638; 95% CI 1,494-4,656) is a risk factor for cervical cancer, and obesity (p value 0.397) is not a risk factor for cervical cancer.
