Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employees performace of Goro Assalaam Hypermart. The population of this research is all employees of Goro Assalaam Hypermart. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling by taking 100 respondences. Data collection method using field study in form of personal questionnaire. Analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this research have several findings, the first is leadership style has significant influence to employee performance and the second is organizational culture has significant influence to employee performance.
