Abstract

Licensing of land conversion or conversion of agricultural land to nonagricultural areas in each region is regulated in their respective regulations and each development should look at the spatial governance of its territory or the spatial plan of the territory. Regarding the regulation of land use permit in sukoharjo is currently regulated in Regulation No 42 of 2017 on Approval of Land Use Change and Increase of Utilization of Land Utilization. For the continuation of the permit for the transfer of functions for the development process is regulated in Regent Regulation No. 36 of 2017 on the Procedures and Conditions of Control of Space Use Permit. Licensing is one of the efforts to control the rate of land transfer, with the permission is expected that all the development that switches the function of agricultural land to non agricultural can be adjusted according to the spatial plan of the region. There are other controls to control the rate of land conversion.
