Abstract
Background. Hemoglobin levels can affect the physical activity and nutritional status of a person when hemoglobin concentration decreases.Based on preliminary survey 32 students of SDN Totosari 1 got the result of abnormal nutritional status of 40,42%, and in elementary school student Tunggulsari 1 eqaual to 41,63%. The percentage of physical activities (> 50%) of the light category in Totosari 1 and Tunggulsari 1 primary schools is still below national prevalence, but it should be prevented from causing nutritional problems that will distrup with growth and development. Objective. The purpose of this research is to get information the relation of hemoglobin levels with physical activities and nutrition status of primary school students. Method. This research used Cross Sectional design, 74 students selected by stratified random sampling method. The data of hemoglobin levels were obtained from students' blood samples measured by cyanmethemoglobin method, while physical activities data was obtained from recall of physical activity 24 hours, nutritional status obtained from measurement of height and weight using microtoise and digital stepping scales were analyzed using WHO Antro Plus. The results of this research used statistical analysis of pearson product moment . Results : Based on the results of the research processed with SPSS V.20 there was no relation between hemoglobin levels with physical activity (p=0,35) and nutrition status (p=0,22) Conclusion : there is no correlation between hemoglobin levels with physical activities and nutrition status of primary school student.
