Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on the performance of the teaching staff of SMP N 1 Sragen. Based on this research, it is hoped that it can be useful as a benchmark and be an evaluation material to provide better and more appropriate decisions and policies for junior high schools. Testing the hypothesis in this study using a tool of moderating regression analysis with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The population of this study is all teaching staff. The sample in this study were 43 educators. The results in this study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on the performance of educators and organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of junior high school educators.
