Abstract

The research in this thesis is entitled as “Judicial Review with the exception of a marketing the property of between marketig agent with the land owners property (a case study in LJ Hooker Surakarta) this agreement is made in writing,where the inception of the agreement between the two sides for mutual marketing the property of, how was the end of law of the deal as marketing the property of problems it was what is going on in the agremeent on the properties account for marketing. A method of approach that is used in research is the approach empirical. The kind of research that is used is descriptive. The kind of data that instruments consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection method that is used is interview and study literature available. The method of analysis the data used was analysis qualitatively.
