Abstract

The purposes of this research is to analyze the organizational commitment, leadership style, motivation, and conflict role. This research was conducted at the public accounting firm in Surakarta and Yogyakarta. The technique of determination of the sample used in this research is convenience sampling.The number of collected as many as 34samples. The scale of measurement in this study using a likert scale. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study show that organizational commitment, leadership style, and motivation are influence on the auditor performance, while the conflict role is not influence on the auditor performance.
