Abstract
Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that brings virtual objects into realtime real environment. AR technology has been applied for educational purpose. One of the subjects that AR can be applied is Hajj. SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar teaches hajj comprehend hajj in Islam which is a pillar of Islam, so students can comprehend about hajj. However to comprehend hajj using books couldn’t be maximized especially for elementary students. Considering the facts above, AR application developed to make it easier for students in learning hajj. This application is made by Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method, and making application using Unity 3D. The application has three main menus that is Materi menu, Kamera and Quiz. Based on blackbox testing, application’s features has been running well as its function. Questioner testing that conducted in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar showed that average of question’s point is 83,06%. Therefore, this application is interesting and makes learning method easier.
