Abstract
Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) is one of the universities that use the website as a means to convey information to the academic community (rector, lecturer, students and university staff) and non-academic community or the general public. Information provided such as academic calendars, academic-related announcements, academic activities, student achievements and research conducted. The current UMS website address is http://www.ums.ac.id which can be accessed by anyone connected to the internet. In a digital age like this, having a quality website for university is important, because the website is a window for the layman who wants to know more about the university. This research uses WebQual method to know the quality of a website. WebQual consists of usability, information quality, service interaction quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of UMS website assessed in terms of WebQual to user satisfaction and know the factors that influence it. This research uses sampling technique with 112 respondents. The results showed that UMS website usability was included in good category with 68,5% score, information quality got 70,8% score in good category, service interaction quality got score 65,85% and entered in good category on line continuum. While user satisfaction scored 69.98 and included in the category Good.
