Abstract
The aim of this research to analyze influence of motivation, compensation, and leadership style to employee performance on PT. Tupai Adyamas Indonesia. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Tupai Adyamas Indonesia. The technique sampling in this research is purposive sampling by take 100 respondences based on criteria. Data collection method using field study in form of personal questionnaire. Analysis tools in this research uses multiple linear regression. Based on the result are found some finding, the first is leadership style has significant influence to employee performance, the second is motivation has significant influence to employee performance, and the third is. compensation has significant influence to employee performance Keyword: Leadership Style, Employee Performance, Compensation, and Motivation.
