Abstract

The rule of law or a law made to restrict and protect as well as legal certainty in the state of society. Spatial Plan is the rule of law made by the local government in order to maintain the environmental balance and the life of society in the making course in accordance with legal regulations thereon. Land use changes and become an important concern in society today, the need for the manufacture of the rule of law is important to note include implicate the rule. Policies that can be made to shape or affect the circumstances and environment in place the policy is made including the Regional Spatial Plan as a standard rule in the formation of the spaces of the Regency or City. Because the land is the balance in the sustainability of public life and certainly will affect the next generation. With this Sustainable Development is very important because it is the conscious effort planned by combining some aspects of indicators of environmental, social, and economic well-being of society.
