Abstract
The purpose of this study is about the needs analyze of multicultural education based on Curriculum 2013 at The State Elementary School of Ngadirejo 1 Kartasura. The method used in conducting the research is using the type of qualitative research with ethnographic research design. Data analysis techniques is using interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study found that in the application of multicultural education based on curriculum 2013 in The State Elementary School of Ngadirejo 1 Kartasura has four needs, namely the needs of academic needs include competent teachers, then facilities and infrastructure. The second requirement of psychological needs, providing a happy situation or state of the class, using learning styles, strategies, and fun methods so that students feel happy. The third requirement is the needs of togetherness, this need includes the assignment to students by working group or solve problems together and the last need is the need for a sense of security needs sense of security include a conducive school conditions, safe and comfortable because it is far from vehicle noise, other disturbing voices.
