Abstract
The Al Irsyad Foundation manages education for kindergartens, elementary and junior high schools. As for each end of the school year, each work unit must report the use of the budget to the leadership of the foundation. The information system for managing budget planning and reporting in the foundation already exists, but is not yet optimaly. So, in this final project, building an application using text editor Sublime Text3, PHP programming, and PHP myadmin database as support for budget planning and reporting management. This system is expected to help each work unit in the foundation to submit budgetary activities of year, facilitating the foundation's management to approve or give consideration to the proposal, as well as facilitate monitoring of the use of the approved budget until online reporting. The method that will be used is the Waterfall method, which in this method includes six stages: needs analysis, design, build, testing, implementation in the real environment (implementation) and maintenance. This system has features including budget submission by the principal, approval or rejection from the chairman of the foundation, time gateway by the principal and print of the budget report. This system was tested using a blackbox testing with the results of all tests valid, were tested using the comparison test with the previous system has five advantages and results of user aceptence test is 91% which states that this system is more user friendly than the previous system.
