Abstract
Indonesia as the second country prevalence of tuberculosis in the world have discourse of tuberculosis elimination in year 2030 with program of TOSS (Temukan Obati Tuberkulosis Sampai Sembuh). Tuberculosis treatment is a fairly complex government program because the treatment time is quite long and related to the cost requirement, Global fund as the main donor of funding for tuberculosis treatment since 2015 has ended donation to Indonesia. The study aims to determine the treatment and antituberculosis cost category 1 outpatient in RSUD X. The subjects of the study were outpatients with tuberculosis diagnosis, obtained by 51 study subjects who met the inclusion characteristics of patients with the main diagnosis of tuberculosis category 1, age above 18 years, and completed treatment (declared cured) within 6 months in intalasi care road RSUD X in 2017. Based on research results obtained direct medical costs incurred by tuberculosis patients with the use of OAT-kombipak is 1.675.154,32 and Rp. 1.671.510,67 for patients with OAT-KDT therapy for 6 months of treatment adult category 1 tuberculosis in RSUD X 2017.
