Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and organizational commitment to employee work satisfaction PT. MandiriUtama Finance Surakarta. This research type is quantitative research through questionnaire with likert scale.This study uses 60 respondents from employees of PT. MandiriUtama Finance Surakarta with criteria has worked at least 1 year. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis test with t test indicated that organizational justice and organizational commitment have significant effect to employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, through the F test indicated that the independent variables together have a significant effect on employee benefits. The last test with the determination test show R2 result of 0.267. This means that organizational justice and organizational commitment have contribution to employee job satisfaction equal to 26,70% the rest explained other variable outside model.
