Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interest rate, inflation, government expenditure, GDP, and unemployment against Foreign Investment (PMA) in Central Java in 1991-2015. The analysis model used in this research is multiple regression using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and using time series data. Data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia.The results show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product of GRDP has a positive and significant influence on Foreign Investment in Central Java during the period of 1991-2015.
