Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of competence variables and job satisfaction variables on employee performance (Case Study on Employees PT Dan Liris Sukoharjo). This study used a sample of 75 employees with Incidental Sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis test with t test show that each independent variable have positive and significant effect to employee performance. Furthermore, through the F test showed that the independent variables together positively and significantly influence on employee performance. The last test with the determination test (R2) shows the result of the competence variable and job satisfaction has a fairly limited contribution in explaining employee performance, and the rest is explained by other variables outside the model.
