Abstract

Cerebral Palsy is a behavioral or movement disorder caused by immature brain damage, which occurs since in the womb until five years old. Meanwhile Cerebral Palsy Spastic Quadriplegi is movement and postural disorders due to damage to the central nervous system in the brain that is non-progressive characterized by the spasticity and stiffness in the four limbs. Modality that is used is the method of neuro senso and exercise therapy. To know the implementation of Physiotherapy in Cerebral Palsy Spastic Quadriplegi case in controlling the level of spasticity, improve functional ability, and reduce muscle stiffness in body. Physiotherapy implementation in Cerebral Palsy Spastic Quadriplegi case using neuro senso modalities and exercise therapy in controlling the level of spasticity, and improving functional ability has not changed significantly.
