Abstract

Background: Thoracal Facet Blockade is a condition in the thoracal joint under locked conditions in one or more movements due to adjustments to positions that occur over a long period of time so that the movement is not proportional. Objective: to determine the benefits of giving PACVP technique modalities, nelson manipulation, and Mc. Kenzie in the case of thoracal facet blockade. Result: after therapy 6 times, there was decrease of pain at rest did not change, pain at the time of pressed decrease of T1: 4 to T6: 2, and pain at the time of decrease of T1: 5 to T6: 3, muscle strength in the shoulder muscle group, and a decrease in spasm in m.upper trapezius, m.pectoralis minor and m.pectoralis minor. Conclusions: PACVP technique modalities, nelson manipulation, and Mc. Kenzie can reduce pain, increase muscle strength and lower spasm.
