Abstract

This thesis entitled Human Resource Management (Case Study of Go-jek Solo Raya) with the sub-title recruitment, selection and compensation in pt Go-jek Solo Raya. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of recruitment, selection and compensation in pt Go-jekSolo Raya. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, that is research that is directed to giving the symptoms, facts or events in a systematic and accurate about the nature-the nature of the research as well as analyze the truth based on the data obtained. The technique of grouping data by using interview techniques and documentation. The discussion is analyzed through the results of the interviews as well as using interpretation. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people, where all the informants is a driver of Go-jek Solo Raya. The results showed that the application of the recruitment and compensation at pt Go-jek Solo Raya has been running effectively. This is due to the recruitment that is done Go-jek Solo Raya has implemented the following stages : (1) Make an announcement of recruitment, (2) Verification and notification via SMS, (3) Review the applications received. And the compensation is done by Go-jek Solo Raya is by using the two methods, using direct and indirect methods (GO-PAY). Are in practice Go-jek Solo Raya also provide compensation in the form of bonus to the driver who has accumulated points already in the set. As for the selection done by Go-jek Solo Raya is not effective because the selection is done only to verify the requirements of the file that has been taken by the prospective driver.
