Abstract
Tourism Indonesia is now rapidly growing and providing impacts in various fields including social and economic fields.Tourism activities in Kalisuci Cave tubing Pacarejo Village, Semanu Subdistrict, which began to be built in 2009 and began to grow faster in 2014 and the direct management by the community have an impact on the economic activities and social life of the community. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the economic and social impacts of tourism activities in Kalisuci Cave Tubing. This research used survey research method and census sampling method. Data collection using observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews and the type of analysis used is a descriptive analysis that is to provide an everview social and economic phenomena in research areas. The results showed that the existence of Kalisuci Cave Tubing tourism object in Pacarejo Village, Semanu Sub-district has a significant economic impact that stands out from the impact in the social field, although the impact of the economy is still not maximized by the community.In the field of economic tourism activities in Kalisuci impact on livelihoods change is increasing the population who work in the field of service and the reduced number of farm workers, in addition more and more people who have side jobs.The income of the community also increased by an average of Rp500,000 - Rp1500,000 per month.Tourism activities in Kalisuci Cave Tubing also have an impact on the social life of the community, among others, the people of Pacarejo village have increased in skill and knowledge especially in the management of homestay and the field of caving activities, in terms of cooperation and institutional relations do not experience significant changes that are still like cooperation and the type of village institutions that prioritize the principle of kinship and consensus.
