Abstract

The agreement is the agreement of both parties or more, which both parties agree and promise each other to do something that has been agreed. As well as the Civil Guild in which there is agreement between both parties or more, who promised to put something into the fellowship, with the aim of obtaining the benefits derived from the partnership. The method used in this research is normative qualitative. Based on data in the form of authentic deeds in the pharmacy in this city of Surakarta, in this contains various aspects of the subject, object, rights and obligations, regulations on wanprestasi and overmacht. In this case the author examines how the construction of the law and how the protection of the law in the authentic Act of the Pharmacy, which the author later wrote with some norms and doctrines in covenant and civil fellowship.
