Abstract

Background: Trigger finger accurs because there is inflammation of the tendon in the hands causing tenderness and deformity. This condition limits the motion of the finger and can not straighten again. Purpose: This scrientific paper to know the benefits of infra red, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and exercise therapy. Outcome: After getting therapy in 6 times, T1 : 1 to T6 : 0, T1 : 4 to T6 : 1, incrased MCP T1 : 20 - 0 - 30 to T6 : 35 - 0 - 42, PIP T1 : 0 - 0 - 20 to T6 : 0 - 0 - 38, DIP T1 : 0 - 0 - 20 to T6 : 0 - 0 - 40, there is increase in muscle strength of fleksor muscle phalang T1 : 4 to T6 : 5, extensor phalang T1 : 2 to T6 : 3. Conclusion: There is decrase of tenderness and motion, increasing of joint motion in flexion and extension movement, also incrase of flexor strength of phalang and phalang extensor.
