Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the influence of foreign investment, domestic investment, and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia in the period 1988-2016. The data used are economic growth, inflation, foreign investment and domestic investment. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) using time series data. Dependent variable used is Economic Growth, while Independent variable used Inflation, Foreign Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN). The results show that inflation and domestic investment have a negative and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia during the period 1988- 2016. While foreign investment has a positive and significant impact on economic growth.
