Abstract
In general, the purpose of this research is to determine whether the influence of promotion, service quality, and price affect to customer loyalty (Empirical study on customer service photos Studio 26 Surakarta). The population used in this study is all customers who have used photo services in Studio 26. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents taken using a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the first classical assumption test that includes normality test, multicoleniearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study showed that promotion variables have a negative effect on customer loyalty and service quality and price variables have a positive effect on customer loyalty on photo services in Studio 26 Surakarta.
