Abstract

In disclosing a case, the Civil Service Investigator with the Police Investigator of the Republic of Indonesia desperately needs the principle of coordination, Coordination Principles in the legislation can be Coordinative, supervision, capacity building and guidance. Supervision is the process of observation of the implementation of all activities of civil servant investigators in the framework of conducting an investigation that is being conducted can be justified in material and formal. The Coordination Function between Civil Servant Investigators and Police Investigators aims to unify and adapt activities, connect to each other, involve and adapt activities, so that these activities become a work unit, Civil Servant Investigators as part of the criminal justice system has a good and harmonious working relationship with the Police Investigator of the Republic of Indonesia.
